Job Summary of Assistant Manager:

This full-time role involves overseeing store operations, delivering top-tier customer service, and supporting the Store Manager with leadership responsibilities. The position requires retail or customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage a team in a dynamic environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Assistant Manager:

• Assist the Store Manager with daily store operations including staffing, scheduling, and store maintenance
• Train and guide team members to deliver excellent customer service and follow company standards
• Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely maer
• Monitor inventory and manage supply orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and positive work environment
• Handle financial operations including cash handling, deposits, and reporting
• Act as the Store Manager when needed

Qualifications and Experience of Assistant Manager:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
• Previous management experience in retail or customer service
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
