Job Duties and Responsibilities of Center Sales Associate:

• Demonstrates a "whatever it takes" attitude to ensure team and customer success.
• Leads by example and motivates the team to achieve exceptional results.
• Coaches and mentors associates, developing their skills and fostering growth within the team.
• Delegates tasks and responsibilities to ensure efficient operations and team performance.
• Creates a fun and engaging work environment while maintaining high standards of service.
• Upselling and cross-selling products and services to customers is a key aspect of the role.
• Takes ownership of customer shipping needs and offers tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Operates all equipment, software, and devices with expertise and trains others to do the same.
• Maintains a clean, organized, and safe working environment for both customers and team members.
• Proficient in technology and capable of handling various print jobs and services.

Qualifications and Experience of Center Sales Associate:

• College degree preferred.
• Certified Notary is a significant plus.
• Management experience is required, with a focus on team leadership and customer service.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong spelling and math skills.
• Reliable, responsible, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks as required.
