Job Summary of Graphic Designer & Print Production:

This role involves managing customer graphics orders, assisting with high-volume printing, and overseeing the production process. The position requires expertise in pre-press setup, and production printing. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Graphic Designer & Print Production:

• Create, edit, and prepare high-quality graphics for print and digital projects, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
• Handle pre-press setup and file preparation for various print formats, optimizing for Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC.
• Operate and troubleshoot production printers, including digital, wide-format, and offset printers.
• Collaborate with clients to understand design requirements and provide creative solutions.
• Review and proofread materials for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.
• Maintain accurate customer files, job specifications, and production workflows.
• Work closely with production teams to streamline processes and meet deadlines.
• Assist with additional design and print-related tasks as required.

Qualifications and Experience of Graphic Designer & Print Production:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design or the print industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Experience operating and troubleshooting production printers (digital and wide-format preferred).
• Strong knowledge of pre-press processes, color management, and print production techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong copyediting and proofreading skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with clients and team members.
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
