Job Summary of Associate:

This position focuses on delivering exceptional service across a consistent Friday through Monday schedule. The associate is responsible for processing shipments, assisting customers with retail services, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. This position requires weekend availability and consistent hours to support store operations in West Ashley.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Associate:

• Provide outstanding service to walk-in customers and phone inquiries.
• Engage customers to identify shipping needs and recommend best-value solutions.
• Operate copiers, fax machines, laminators, binding equipment, and POS systems.
• Stay informed on products, services, and industry trends to better serve customers.
• Maintain an organized and safe workspace, adhering to cleanliness standards.
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn and share knowledge with team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience of Associate:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Effective verbal, written, and phone communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with basic math and spelling skills.
• Physically able to lift over 40 pounds.
• Reliable and available to work 28–32 hours every week, Friday through Monday.
