Job Summary:

UPS is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. In this physically demanding role, you will be responsible for efficiently and safely loading and unloading packages and freight from trucks and delivery vehicles. The position requires attention to detail, speed, and physical stamina in a fast-paced environment to ensure packages reach their destinations on time and intact.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload packages and freight from trucks and delivery vehicles.
• Ensure packages are handled with care and placed accurately according to their destinations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Inspect packages for signs of damage and report issues promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to meet operational deadlines.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Ability to lift packages weighing up to 70 pounds.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Physical stamina to handle repetitive lifting and prolonged standing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or loading/unloading role is a plus but not required.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

Salary:

Starting hourly pay for Loaders/Unloaders ranges from $15.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on location and experience.
