Customer Service Sales Associate

Job Summary:

This role involves advising customers on our products and services, offering the best-value options, and demonstrating expertise in industry practices. The ideal candidate will possess previous retail sales experience, strong computer skills, and a professional demeanor, while being eager to learn all aspects of the business quickly.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to walk-in clients and over the phone.
• Practice excellent listening skills with customers, team members, and leadership.
• Take ownership of customers' shipping needs and provide effective solutions.
• Proactively learn all products, services, and industry trends.
• Operate equipment, software, and devices expertly, while training others as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Perform additional duties as required by management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• High school diploma or GED required, with a preference for candidates with a 2-year college degree.
• Proficient in computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites.
• Excellent phone skills and professional telephone etiquette.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including spelling and math.
• Experience in retail sales and point-of-sale transactions.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
• Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
• Able to lift 40+ pounds.
