Job Summary of Graphic Designer - Print & Production:

This role is responsible for managing customer graphics orders, overseeing production workflows, and delivering high quality print and digital materials. It combines creative design expertise with hands on experience in pre press setup, production printing, and customer collaboration. Job Duties and Responsibilities of Graphic Designer - Print & Production:

• Create, edit, and prepare print and digital graphics that meet technical specifications and brand guidelines.
• Manage pre-press setup and file preparation using Adobe Creative Suite on both Mac and PC platforms.
• Operate and troubleshoot digital, wide-format, and offset production printers to ensure accurate output.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project goals and deliver creative solutions that exceed expectations.
• Proofread and review materials for accuracy, consistency, and print readiness.
• Maintain organized customer files, production notes, and job specifications to support seamless workflow.
• Work with internal production teams to streamline operations and meet deadlines.
• Assist with other design and print-related tasks as needed to support the team.

Qualifications and Experience of Graphic Designer - Print & Production:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field preferred.
• At least two years of experience in graphic design or the print industry.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat.
• Experience with digital and wide-format printer operation and troubleshooting.
• Thorough understanding of pre-press, color management, and print production processes.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Skilled in copyediting and proofreading for print materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
